Operating Standards

Expand each standard to understand how Corecraft manages communication, changes, quality, and compliance on every Warsaw renovation.

Single Point of Contact

Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinates trades, schedules, and client communication. You do not chase multiple subcontractors — one accountable team handles delivery.

Updates are provided on an agreed rhythm (typically weekly during active construction), including progress photos, upcoming works, and any decisions required from you.

Scope & Change Control

Works proceed only against an approved written scope. If you request changes — additional sockets, different tiles, layout adjustments — we issue a change order describing cost, time impact, and materials before any extra work starts.

This protects both parties: you retain control over budget; we retain the ability to plan resources and lead times accurately.

Quality Gates & Inspections

Critical stages — waterproofing in wet rooms, subfloor preparation, electrical first fix, cabinetry installation — are checked against specification before being covered or continued. Defects are corrected at source, not after final decoration.

We use manufacturer-recommended installation methods for stone, tiles, and bespoke joinery to preserve warranties where applicable.

Site Safety & Property Protection

Non-renovated areas are protected with dust barriers and floor coverings. Waste is removed on a regular schedule. We coordinate noise-intensive works with building management when required and respect agreed working hours.

Public liability and appropriate trade insurance are maintained in line with Polish practice for renovation contractors.

Payments Linked to Progress

Payment schedules are defined in your contract and tied to verifiable milestones — not arbitrary dates. Typical structures include a deposit after contract signing, interim payments after major stages, and a final balance upon handover.

All amounts, VAT treatment, and due dates are confirmed in writing before works commence, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
