Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website https://corecraft-sp.com and the renovation services offered by Corecraft sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Where you are a consumer, mandatory rights under EU and Polish law remain unaffected.
1. Service Provider
These Terms are issued by:
Corecraft sp. z o.o.
Jana Pohoskiego 2/508, 02-703 Warszawa, Poland
Email: corecraft@onet.eu
Website: https://corecraft-sp.com
References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Corecraft sp. z o.o. References to “you” or “Client” mean the natural or legal person using our website or purchasing our services.
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to:
- Browsing and using our website;
- Requesting information, consultations, or quotations;
- Concluding and performing contracts for interior renovation and related services.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. A separate written contract or quotation may contain additional provisions; in case of conflict regarding a specific project, the signed contract prevails.
3. Services
Corecraft sp. z o.o. provides premium interior renovation services in Warsaw and surrounding areas, including but not limited to kitchen renovation, bathroom remodeling, and full apartment renovations. The exact scope, materials, timeline, and price for each project are defined in an individual offer or contract agreed with the Client.
Illustrations, portfolio images, and descriptive content on our website are for presentation purposes and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in writing.
4. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the website;
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- Copy, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written consent;
- Transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Enquiries, Quotations, and Contracts
Contact through the website, email, or phone does not create a binding contract. A renovation contract is formed only when both parties agree to the scope of works, price, schedule, and other material terms in writing (including email confirmation of a signed offer).
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, access, existing installations, and any restrictions (e.g. building manager rules, conservation requirements). Failure to disclose relevant information may affect pricing, timelines, and our ability to perform the works.
6. Prices, Payment, and Invoices
Prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) unless otherwise stated and, where applicable, include or exclude VAT as indicated in the offer. We may require advance payments or stage payments as set out in the contract.
If payment is delayed, we may suspend works after reasonable notice and charge statutory interest for commercial transactions or interest provided by the Act on Consumer Rights for consumers, in accordance with Polish law. You remain obliged to pay for completed works and ordered materials already procured for your project where the contract so provides.
7. Client Obligations
The Client shall:
- Ensure safe access to the property during agreed working hours;
- Obtain necessary consents from co-owners, housing communities, or landlords where required;
- Remove or protect personal belongings not included in the scope of works;
- Respond to requests for decisions or approvals within reasonable time to avoid delays.
Delays caused by the Client, third parties, or force majeure may extend the schedule and, where contractually agreed, result in additional reasonable costs.
8. Performance, Changes, and Handover
We perform works with professional care and in line with the agreed specification. Variations or additional works requested during the project may require a written change order and price adjustment.
Upon completion, we invite the Client to inspect the works. Defects reported within the agreed handover procedure or warranty period will be addressed in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Unless otherwise agreed, minor cosmetic variations in materials due to batch differences do not constitute a defect.
9. Warranties and Liability
Statutory rights apply to consumers under the Act on Consumer Rights and the Civil Code of Poland. For entrepreneurs (B2B), unless expressly agreed in writing, we provide services in accordance with professional standards; any warranty beyond mandatory law is limited to the terms of the individual contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damage arising from use of the website. For services, our aggregate liability for non-consumer Clients is limited to the total fees paid under the relevant contract for the works giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Polish mandatory law.
10. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes unrelated to business activity), you benefit from mandatory consumer protection under Polish and EU law.
Right of withdrawal for distance/off-premises contracts
Where applicable, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract. This right does not apply to contracts for the supply of services fully performed with your express prior consent, or for customised goods/services, where permitted by Article 38 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights — which typically includes bespoke renovation works tied to your property once performance has begun with your agreement.
Complaints
Defects in services must be reported within the periods and manner specified in law and your contract. We will respond to complaints without undue delay and in accordance with statutory timeframes.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design, is owned by or licensed to Corecraft sp. z o.o. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use such content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Project designs and documentation prepared for you may be used for execution of your project and our portfolio only with your consent where they contain personal or proprietary information.
12. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of our legal framework and complies with the GDPR.
13. Complaints and Out-of-Court Resolution
Complaints regarding services may be submitted to corecraft@onet.eu or in writing to our registered address. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including:
- Permanent consumer arbitration courts operating at provincial trade inspection offices (WIH) in Poland;
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Participation in ADR proceedings is voluntary unless otherwise required by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. For consumers resident in Poland or the EU, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence remain applicable where they offer greater protection.
Disputes with consumers shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection rules. For business Clients, the court competent for our registered seat in Warsaw shall have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; for ongoing contracts, the version effective at conclusion of the contract applies unless otherwise agreed.
